When filing a warranty claim, kindly choose the option that aligns with your requirements and fill out all fields accurately. Please include images as they are essential for processing your claim. Refer to the image requirements below to expedite the handling of your claim.

  • Order Error – When seeking help for an Order Error, please provide a picture of the product(s) along with an image showing the bottom of the item for identification purposes.
  • Shipping Damage Claim – When filing a Shipping Damage Claim, please attach images showing the damage to the product, packaging, and also include a picture of the bottom of your item for identification purposes.
